l'emplacement géographique est super 20 minutes a pied du centre historique de VÉRONE .
l'appartement est située dans une zone très ombragée , très appréciable quand il fait chaud
la clim fonctionne très bien et le balcon est vraiment très grand.
parking privé a coté de l'appartement.

The location is absolutely perfect. Coffee shops and a grocery store within less than a minute. An easy walk into the cener if Verona. Maybe 25 minutes.

Parkplatz vorhanden, Innenstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar, neues Bad
Etwas abgewohnt, Küchenausstattung spärlich (z.B. kein Geschirrhandtuch, nur eine Kaffeetasse vorhanden), keine Fernsehsender zu empfangen, Steckdose neben dem Bett defekt, Brandlöcher im Leintuch, Balkontüre von der Küche aus klemmt und ist teilweise mit Paketband ‚repariert‘, Wohnung liegt zur Straße mit mehrspurigem Kreisverkehr, dadurch ist es bis in die Nacht hinein sehr laut
