Perfect Apartment in Verona

Everything about this apartment is absolutely perfect! The hosts Ingrid and Massi really went above and beyond. They provided some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area including a fantastic playground which our toddler loved. She was also provided with a really clean and comfortable cot and high chair. Lots of food was provided by the hosts which was a really nice touch! The apartment was immaculately clean and really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped and all facilities were very new and modern. A parking permit was provided to park in any on-street spaces immediately outside the building. The location was excellent with a lovely neighbourhood atmosphere while only being a 10/15 minute walk to the busier tourist areas. I will definitely recommend the apartment to anyone I know visiting Verona.

The host was in contact 48hrs before arrival. They provided a video of how to find the lock box and how to access the apartment. The photos don't actually do justice to the apartment. They provided a pass that allowed us to park the hire car on the street. The host also provided enough food for breakfast. The host also was in touch making suggestions of places we could visit

It was very spacious, clean in a very quiet area and easy to get into the main town. It was very tastefully decorated and well stocked with breakfast provisions.

Amazing Stay in Verona

Location was made it really easy to access all of Verona by foot. It was easy to get a park close to the apartment, and check in was easy. The area itself was quiet, with a couple of nice cafes/bars close by with all types of restaurants a small walk away. The apartment itself was super comfortable (we stayed in the peak of summer with a one year old) and spacious. Spotlessly clean and served as a great base with a comfortable cot as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves back in Verona. Our host was extremely helpful and super responsive!

A very spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment a 15 minute walk to the centre

We really appreciated the extra effort of Ingrid to make the apartment so welcoming. Ingrid provided provisions for breakfast, including eggs, butter and bread with condiments if you want to cook. Small but efficient kitchen with coffee pod machine. Enough crockery to fill a dishwasher. The first of literally dozens of places we’ve stayed to provide fresh milk. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers including a hand held shower and a rainwater shower. Good linen, towels etc. very comfortable very large bed, plenty of storage space for suitcases and hanging space. TV in all rooms. Good aircon when you need it. Good wifi. Separate laundry with washer and dryer and soap provided. Cushions provided to take to the Opera, umbrella too if you need it. A lot of thought has gone into the very spacious apartment. We were able to lock our bikes in a safe garage under the apartment. The very good supermarket is about a 5 minute walk. Walking into the old town across the bridge takes 10-15 minutes. It’s a very leafy suburb. Finally, it’s blissfully quiet, no road noise. Ingrid’s recommendation for a good local restaurant and other snippets were appreciated. We would stay again.

Small things - we are wine specialists so the lack of good wine glasses was an issue as plastic glasses just don’t work.

The most amazing apartment we've ever experienced in Italy!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Verona—stop searching and book this apartment right away! First of all, the apartment looks even better than in the pictures. It's on the ground floor, which makes it super convenient when carrying luggage. It's located just outside the busy tourist area but only a 10-minute walk from the city center. This means it’s much easier to find parking—including free spots (anyone who's tried parking in Italy will understand how valuable that is!). We stayed as a group of 8 people and had more than enough space. There are 3 large bedrooms, a spacious living room with a cozy couch, and 2 bathrooms. It was the best-equipped apartment we’ve ever seen in Italy—even a laundry dryer was provided! Everything was spotlessly clean. But the best part? The host—Massi. He called us a few minutes before our arrival and reserved a free parking spot right at the door. He even provided an extra parking permit so we could park in blue zones for free. Upon arrival, he spent 15 minutes welcoming us, giving us a full tour, sharing local recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were also thoughtful touches like fresh food in the fridge to get us through the first day, plus breakfast items like croissants and Nutella for the kids! Massi even saved our car from being towed when we unknowingly parked in a restricted area—he called us early in the morning to warn us after local police contacted him. We did get a small fine, but he offered to cover it himself—just incredible! He said he didn’t want us to leave Verona with any bad memories. He also sent a warm goodbye voice message when we left. The level of hospitality and customer service we experienced here was out of this world—better than any 5-star hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Perfect apartment in peaceful, local neighbourhood not far from the amazing old town.

This apartment was amazing - three bedrooms and two bathrooms, recently renovated and very comfortable, nice balcony, washing machine and dryer with powder provided. Hosts were super responsive and made great recommendations. We appreciated the supplies left for us - yoghurt, water, biscuits, croissants, ham, eggs, tea, coffee, cooking basics like oil/salt. Lovely location - a neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk from the old town, just locals (not touristy), quiet but shops and restaurants nearby. We used the parking pass provided and parked on the street right in front of the apartment. And Verona itself was beautiful!

Everything was perfect. The cost per night was a bit higher than the other places we stayed in Italy but the quality was very high and it was worth it.

Sweet home indeed!!

Everything! The place was exactly as presented and even better. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances were very efficient. The beds and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. The host is very helpful and fun and entertaining. They provided all sorts of food for breakfast and also a parking card.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’appartamento è bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e pulitissimo — davvero impeccabile, si percepisce subito l’attenzione e la cura dei padroni di casa. Gli spazi sono luminosi, arredati con gusto e dotati di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ottima, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Ingrid, sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza. Pulizia impeccabile, funzionalità massima, cura estrema dei dettagli, quartiere sicuro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, host attento, gentile e con un’attenzione verso i suoi ospiti mai trovata in nessun altro appartamento (il cibo trovato in frigo e in dispensa ci ha coccolato per tutto il soggiorno)

Super Gastgeber. Ingrid hat sich mehrmals gemeldet um uns Infos zu geben. Unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet und erledigt. Selbst im Kühlschrank war etwas für den Anfang Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in 3min. Wir können das mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

הדירה היתה מושלמת, נקיה מאוד, מאוד. מאובזרת, מעוצבת מהמם. בעלת הבית מקסימה, נותנת עצות שימושיות. מילתה את המקרר בכל טוב, לא קנינו כלום מעבר למה ששמה לנו במקרר ומחוץ למקרר. בעלת הבית גם מאוד ריספונסיבית. היה ממש נהדר!

מזגן בחדר שינה הגדול היה רועש ולא קירר כל כך טוב, אם משאירים אותו הרבה זמן פועל, אז החדר כן מצליח להתקרר. בשאר החדרים היה מצויין.

Superando las expectativas en Verona

Tanto el piso como la atención de los dueños nos parecieron de 10. Todo fueron facilidades y muy buena atención. El piso es limpio, cómodo y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La localización nos pareció estupenda porque no estás en pleno centro y aún así estás cerca de todo a unos 10-15 minutos andando. Además, la facilidad de poder aparcar frente al portal se agradece muchísimo. Por otra parte, Massi e Ingrid fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Compartieron recomendaciones muy útiles y El detalle de dejar todo para desayunar con variedad fue realmente destacable. Pocas veces nos hemos sentido tan bien atendidos. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias por todo.

Volveremos

Casa reformada, limpia y decorada con buen gusto, muy funcional. Hemos estado 4 adultos y un bebe, 3 noches, como si estuviéramos en casa. Cumple exactamente con todo lo que anuncia. La anfitriona Ingrid muy simpática y amable estuvo atenta y disponible. Lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y seguramente volveremos.

Geweldig verblijf !

De communicatie met de host verliep super vlot. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en we kregen tips met handige adresjes in de buurt (restaurants, supermarkten..). Het appartement was heel proper en verzorgd. We hebben een enorm fijn verblijf gehad in suite home Sophie 2. Een echte aanrader!

Super sauber und modern

Das Apartment ist sehr modern eingerichtet und war super sauber. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hat mit vielen Tipps weitergeholfen.

Wir hatten für 7 gebucht, leider waren die Betten nur für 6 Personen bereitet. Aber es war alles vorhanden um das Sofa ebenfalls in ein Bett zu verwandeln.

Come altri prima di me, confermo le ottime condizioni dell' appartamento: pulito, profumato, confortevole, climatizzato e dotato di ogni comodità. Curato in ogni particolare da persone che sicuramente amano il proprio lavoro. Ma non è stato questo a colpirmi. Siamo tre operai, al telefono avvertiamo che ci muoviamo con un furgone ingombrante, chiedendo informazioni per il parcheggio. Al nostro arrivo, troviamo la titolare che, fisicamente, ci tiene un posteggio libero sotto casa!! Vinto tutto a mani basse. Grazie Ingrid, gentilezza allo stato puro. Consigliato al 100%
