Bardzo ładne apartament w świetnym miejscu. Dobre wyposażenie i komfortowa łazienka .

Dodatkowe miejsca na sofie tylko dla dzieci. Dorosły raczej tam się nie wyśpi.

Tolle zentrale Lage. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Super leckere Nudeln direkt im Lokal unter der Wohnung. Kurze Wege zum Dom, Arena usw. Hilfsbereite Besitzer (auch wenn wir sie nicht gesehen haben) Kapselkaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, große Dusche (leider ohne Fenster), nett gestaltet

Bad ohne Fenster aber guter Lüftung, ausziehbare Couch im Wohnzimmer könnte bequemer sein. Kein Parkplatz vor der Türe (Aus- und Einladen ist möglich, Parkhaus 10min entfernt)

1. Excellent location, right across the Bascilica di Santa Anastasia. Lots of cafés, restaurants and shopping around. Close to all the main attractions, but not a super busy/noisy street. 2. Apartment was well-equipped, hosts provided lots of thoughtful things e.g. detergent pods for the washing machines, cushions for the stone seats of the Arena, travel adapters (although not sure for which outlets), list of restaurants, attractions and amenities, etc. (I can't remember, but there might have been a bottle of wine too!) 3. Very clean apartmet. 4. Spacious shower with powerful shower heads and plenty of hot water. (The shower was quite large relative to the entire apartment). 5. Tastefully decorated apartmet, with enough natural light and ventilation. Great view from living room. Spacious and homely living room: we spent most of our time there. 6. Highly detailed instructions via WhatsApp on how to find and enter the aprtment. There are three doorways before getting to the apartment door. 7. Very comfortable sofa bed. 8. Comfortable bed mattresses and pillows. (Issues with the actual bed, see 'dislikes' section). 9. Powerful AC (but in the living room. Did not need the AC in autumn; not sure if it would cool the bedroom in summer.)

Not dislikes, but alerting other travellers: 1. Accessibility is highly limited. No elevator, and the stairs are more on the narrow side. Carrying heavy luggage up and down is exhausting and slightly risky. 2. Very low bed-frame/ bed-platform. Not for people with mobility issues. 3. Very low ceiling in bedroom. Actual dislikes: 1. Not an actual bedroom: there's only a glass partition and no door, so no privacy between occupants of the bed and the sofa-bed. 2. Getting on and off the bed is difficult unless one is super-fit. The space between the walls and the sides of the bed are too narrow for walking. You can only comfortably/realiably get on an off the bed from the footboard side. Because of the low ceiling, you need to crouch to get on the bed and it is possible to scrape your shin on the foodboard panel while doing that. Getting out of the bed requires more athletic ability as you need to crawl backwards or crouch and leap out at the same time. 3. Bedroom window opens to the inner courtyard where all the other apartments' and kitchen's AC exhausts are. This was not a problem as we visited during a cool period, but in summer, keeping that window open could fill the place with warm air. 4. Check out time of 10 AM is too early; that's a full 5-hour gap between check-out and check-in. Ceck out should be 12 PM like hotels. Minor issues, good to improve: 1. Although instructions were very detailed, it still took some time to find the right door of the apartment. Please consider adding some photos of the downstairs door and apartment door. Please make it easy to distinguis between apratmet #1 and #2: the two the doors look identical. 2. There is an instruction inside the apartment to empty the garbage bins according to the waste categories: there are five categories but we saw only two trash bags.

Fenomenalna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do centrum i obiektów, którymi byliśmy zainteresowani. Mieszkanie przytulnie urządzone, wystarczająco przestronne, klimatyzowane. Osoba do kontaktu bardzo miła, szybko odpowiadała na nasze pytania. Otrzymaliśmy wszystkie ważne dla nas wskazówki w tym te dotyczące zameldowania/wymeldowania (polecono nam parking, z którego korzystaliśmy), ponadto otrzymaliśmy informacje z jakich lokali gastronomicznych skorzystać, co było bardzo pomocne. Wszystko obywało się super sprawnie co jest dużą zaletą obiektu ☺️.

Malutki minus za sofę w przestrzeni kuchenno-wypoczynkowej. Nie do końca była wygodna do spania. Podczas pobytu trafiliśmy niestety na dość głośnych sąsiadów na piętrze wyżej (bieganie po mieszkaniu i tupanie powodowało sypanie się pyłu z drewnianego sufitu).
