The medieval walls with well-ordered river pebbles, the coffered ceiling painted in the 1920s and the exposed beams in the sleeping area make this apartment a treasure chest of history and elegance in classic style that harmoniously combines with modern and contemporary furniture designed to guarantee our guests an unforgettable stay with maximum comfort in the wonderful city of Verona.
The 120 square meter apartment is located on the third floor of Palazzo San Giorgio and can be reached by elevator and opens onto the bright living room with broad windows and with wooden furniture, an elegant sofa with peninsula, which can become a sofa bed if needed, smart TV and a large fully equipped designer kitchen also equipped with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker.
The living area is completed by an island with cooking area, from which an elegant wooden dining table extends.
A corridor leads to a first bathroom consisting of a shower, designer fixtures and a pretty ladder-shaped heated towel rail. Before entering the sleeping area there is also a small laundry room complete with washing machine and storage closet.
The comfortable and cozy sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with characteristic exposed white beams, smart TV and elegant open space wardrobes. A second bathroom complete with large shower and designer fixtures completes the sleeping area.
The strong point of this penthouse is undoubtedly the private panoramic terrace located on the upper floor from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire historic centre of Verona and relax at sunset enjoying an aperitif in the comfortable lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table.
