Everything was exactly as it should be. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. I can definitely say that I was very satisfied. In addition, the treats were absolutely delicious.

The host, Valezia, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was great to have air conditioning as Verona gets very hot and humid in the summer. There were good basic kitchen facilities. It was also great to have a lift up to the 2nd floor, especially with a heavy suitcase.

Small room in a shared apartment.

1 The entry system uses an insecure web page. Anyone with the URL can get into the place. You need your phone with Internet access to open the outside door to the building ,the door to the apartment and finally the door to your room. If you go to the fridge you have to remember to take your phone. 2 The description on bookng .com says there is a shared seating area with TV. Couldn't find this. There is shared balcony with a table and two chairs, and three tables- one for each room -inside but unusable as laid up for breakfast. 3 The description on bookng,com says there is a shared kitchen. This is not true. A sign in the room clearly states that the kitchen is only available from 08:00 to 10:30. 4 Although the photos show a chair in one room and a table and chair in another, room 2 has neither.
