Great value for money. Just 15 minutes walking to the old city center

The apartment is really comfortable for 4 people. Luca (the host) replied immediately and was always ready to help. The location is perfect with great restarant just around the corner and supermarket 5 minutes away. The old town with all the historic sites are 15 minutes walk away.

Our Verona Haven

The apartment was larger than expected. It was clean [although my wife thought the duvets had an odour]. The place was well equipped. The security on the place was very good. The neighbourhood was very nice. The window and patio door shutters added extra security. Supermarket nearby [Pam] Walking distance to centre [15 mins] and train station [30 mins]

We never met the owner, although telephone replies to concerns were quickly answered. The electric went off due to overloading [a few lights were on, the oven, kettle and tv]. I was advised to go to a Fuse Box room in the basement, and look for a specific meter to switch back on. I couldn't find the named meter, so I just looked for the only meter that had tripped, reinstating it, I hoped it was the right one. It was. We were gentle with the electrics from that moment, and no further issues. Our daughter could not get YouTube to work on the TV. We couldn't work out if the TV was connected to the WiFi but no matter how long we tried, we couldnt get anything to watch on TV in English.

Convenient & quiet

The property was in a quiet area 15mins approx across the river from the historic centre. We had a fruit shop, coffee/bar shop & small supermarket only a few steps away so it was very convenient

Great place!

Great location, walking distance to center, but in a calm and quiet street. Nearby restaurants, easy available parking spaces (with parkimeter). Nice big apartment equipped with everything you could need.

good location but super loud because of renovations in another apartment

The host didn’t disclose that they are remodeling one of the apartments in the building starting at 8.30 am until 4 pm. The construction workers are drilling, banging the walls and loading/unloading items just in front of the apartment so it gets super loud. Not recommended

Monte Pasubioplace is a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants and the historic center of Verona. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Luca was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Beautiful ground floor flat with high ceilings and plenty of natural lighting. Attention to detail was not missed in the stay. More than plenty room for two of us during our stay. The location was very good!! We got a bus from the train station then only a 7 minute walk. The flat was close to the park which leads to the castle.

Verona’nın merkezinde samimi bir konaklama

Kendimizi tam evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Evin yeri çok merkezi, her yere yürüyerek gidilebilir. Giriş talimatları açık, kolaylıkla girdik. Çok temiz ve nezih bir apartman dairesi. Etrafında güzel pizza restoranları ve market, manav vs var. Sokakta araç için kolay park yeri bulduk (1€/h, 8-20 arası ve pazar günü ücretsiz). Artı olarak, ev üniversite hastanesine çok yakın. Eşim rahatsızlandı acile gittik çok iyi ilgilendiler. Çok doğru bir lokasyon tercih etmişiz dedik. Verona zaten çok çok güzel bir şehir. Merkezi yerde kalarak gecesi ve gündüzünü rahatlıkla gezebilirsiniz.

Mutfak ekipmanları var ama sınırlı, daha genişletilebilir. Ama bize yetti.

Alloggio ampio, luminoso, facilmente raggiungibile in auto, molti parcheggi in zona In 20minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza Bra.

Bisognerebbe avere a disposizione qualche alimento, anche confezionato, per fare una piccola colazione. Comunque al Bar Doge siamo stati benissimo.

Alloggio facilmente accessibile anche con bambini piccoli. Posizione strategica, sia per andare in ospedale che per andare in centro, tutto a piedi!

Forse cercherei di arieggiare più la casa perchè si avverte l'odore non proprio ottimo quando si entra

Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Saubere funktionale Wohnung.

Es gab ausreichend frische Handtücher für 6 Personen, Kaffee war vorhanden, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, schöne helle Wohnung in einem guten Wohnviertel. Fußläufig zur Arena. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Das Klappbett in der Küche müsste erneuert werden, für mehr als eine Nacht braucht man eine Alternative oder man bringt einfach eine Auflage mit.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in bester Lage - gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig, zwei grosse Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Waschmaschine, grosser Wohnraum mit Küche - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten bei der Arena und auch ein Parkhaus fürs Auto gibt es in der Nähe.

Alloggio situato in un condomionio custodito e pulito con addetta alle pulizie comuni. Ambiente confortevole e spazioso, con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tranquillo, fedele alla descrizione.

Posizione ok, il resto da rivedere.

La posizione comoda per il centro e le dimensioni dell’appartamento con 2 stanze.

Nessun cuscino o coperta aggiuntiva, materassi molto molto scomodi (troppo molli quasi sfondati), muffa nel bagno e tapparella di una delle stanze non ben funzionante. Peraltro leggendo le review precedenti sembrano essere problemi storici della casa non gestiti.
