Cool, tall and spacious bedroom and living room, in a nice and quiet part of Pisa, near enough the turística sites yet far enough to avoid the tourists. it has a nice kitchen, AC system and decoration.
The second bed is a sofa bed, the mattress is a bit old and unstable and there is an alarm control screen that flashes during the night, all of this makes it hard to sleep on the second bed. Also you can hear people when they walk in the floor above. The shower is a bit small, but the barhroom is pretty and well equipped.

Vermieter tauchte trotz Ankündigung nicht auf. Man musste jede Frage über Messenger klären… oft keine befriedigende Antwort. Bad ist sehr klein, Dusche winzig mit altem Vorhang. Apartment ist ein ehemaliges Anwaltsbüro mit zwei Betten. Nur für Paare geeignet, sonst schläft einer im Küche/Wohnessbereich. Bad hat leider auch kein Moskitonetz, was in Pisa sehr wichtig ist! Richtig schlecht ist vor allem aber der nicht vorhandene Service des Vermieters.
