A casa é bonita e muito confortável. Há tudo o que se necessita. A casa é tal e qual mostram as fotografias, excepto o estacionamento.
Localização e estacionamento com acesso um pouco difícil e a casa é mito fria e húmida. Era bom poder abrir a janela da casa de banho para que a humidade saia e também colocar uma porta de vidro no duche para que evite molhar todo o piso.
