It was central very clean, breakfast was good, very homely. Honesty box help yourself to drinks pay by scan code.
Tea and coffee available.
Charging points for phones etc.The housekeeper was lovely and helpful.
Had a pool but too cold for November!!
Nothing really although if we could have had English speaking TV would be good. Hot water took a while to come through in the shower.

Exceptional location and accommodation..friendly, clean, right at the river with everything at door step..including water fountain next door
A few outdoor garden spaces to relax..pool..decorated with care of family precious home of generations..so welcoming

Very nice welcome, very nice lady at the breakfast area. Accomodating. It is also extremely central, really perfect to discover Amarante. The access by car is a bit dodgy... Very grateful for the A/C that was on way before we arrived so the room was very cool when we got in and that day was a scorcher !
The room was quite small and so was the bathroom. Also, I believe they should put more pillows for guests : some like their pillow soft, others hard. I couldn't sleep until I switched my pillow for the duvet...
