Beautiful old manor with lots of history, with gorgeous garden and in a great setting. Only 2-3 km from Amarante center, but still utterly tranquil.
I can see theyve taken on board previous feedback from other reviews and have made improvements recommended. As mentioned, the place was impeccably clean, and at this time of year the big lounge area and bedroom were cool havens compared to outside.

Basically, it was magical! The morning mist, the lovely owner(caretakers of their family’s legacy), the stunning countryside….all was exactly for what we were hoping.

Ruidos en el piso de arriba sobre el suelo de madera, cama pequeña y muy incómoda. Sin vistas por la ventana.
