Localização excelente: pertíssimo de Amarante e simultaneamente no campo profundo, com uma vista soberba. A Casa de Pascoaes é linda - a entrada com o seu terreiro é um encanto e de grande erudição arquitectónica. A anfitriã, Leonor Vasconcelos, foi de uma invulgar amabilidade e solicitude - inexcedível!

Passámos uma noite em Amarante e escolhemos esta Casa precisamente pelas características históricas que se mantêm tão bem preservadas. É uma Casa encantadora, repleta de mobiliário, pinturas e livros que ilustram a história da família que ali viveu, cuidadosamente preservada pela D. Leonor, herdeira desse legado. Os jardins e as fontes na parte traseira da Casa proporcionaram-nos uma caminhada matinal excecional. Obrigado por uma estadia tão especial!
