We had an amazing and calm time at the Moleira Refuge. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.The region around the tamega river and the Douro valley are in driving distance and make for some beautiful hikes. The apartment itself is accessible by car and would otherwise be hard to reach. Whilst the surrounding area itself isn‘t as beautiful, the moleira refuge boasts a stunning garden with a nice little river flowing through the grounds.
