O sr. Pedro simpático e pronto ajudar em qualquer situação. Apartamento bem localizado, a limpeza muito boa.
O aquecimento não estava a funcionar como devia de ser. No inverno, com o frio torna se muito complicado.

Good location on a pedestrian street. Apartment was newer and reflected owner's attempt to provide quality appliances. Good sized bathroom and working clothes washer. After finding parking and getting luggage inside the apartment, there is no need for a car. City center is close, safe, a comfortable walking experience.
Parking was difficult as there was construction and the elevator up to the city center from the lot was out of commission and the stairs were fenced off. When we left, locals had pushed the fence away and we could get to the car with luggage.
Check-in is via on time phone delivery which not something everyone chooses to have. Without an operating cell phone there would be no way to get in and no way to get help. Owner seems pretty cell phone committed and may not understand that not everyone shares that devotion. Otherwise, good small apartment.
