L'appartamento è indipendente e dentro c'è tutto il necessario. Per me è andato benissimo

I was in the middle of an international bike tour. It was very appealing to be able to wheel my bike through the door without having to unload panniers, bags etc and carry them upstairs. Other cyclists will like this place for that reason. Additionally, there is a kitchenette and it was nice to be able to relax and not have to go out. It seems to be a converted storage building or garage. It felt a bit like staying in a mountain refuge but in the city! (Take note that there aren't windows you can see out of). I quite liked the rustic, homely interior. The place was right on my route (I was passing through, not visiting Rome). Communication from the owner was prompt and helpful. Key retrieval instructions were clear.

I'd have rated the place higher if the following had been better. I think if charging such a high price then these are things which should be attended to, and more thorough cleaning. -It was unwelcoming to arrive and see the outdoor area in such a state. The outdoor area was really just weeds and rubbish, and bits from the building work happening next door. - The TV remote control didn't work - The electric cut out twice (luckily the control panel was near the door so I switched it back on) - The wifi didn't work, but after some hours I found the range extender and switched it on. Perhaps it'd been accidentally switched off. - The toilet seat was broken and looked as though it'd been painted over (just replace it!) - A bit of a problem with cockroaches

amazing views, cozy interiors, and proximity to both natural wonders and modern conveniences, it truly provides the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. would like to return time and time again.
