good host, good facility for a family stay but some improvement desirable.

* Rooms were quite big. * Kitchen was spacious * Entry to the door was safe and easy. * Host was very available via Whatsapp and quite friendly.

* There were no toiletries (no soap, shampoo, or conditioner) provided. This was our first day in Italy so not sure if those was a common practice but found that it isn't. * Restroom was leaking water from some pipe. To host's credit she offered to fix it but we found workaround our short stay. * The shower door (in one room) wasn't locking at all. * The drainage in the shower wasn't good. While taking a shower, water was accumulating.

Metro is 3 minutes away. There are many good italian restaurants nearby. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is clean. Price is affordable

It was close to the Metro station and Bus Station. There were shops nearby and a gated area before you got to the apartment . It was clean and huge space, with the washer and hang dry area.

It is above a Anytime Fitness gym, open 24 hours.

It was a big apartment. We were 8 people for 3 nights. Very spacious and comfortable.

Perfect Stay in Rome

The apartment size is huge and it is perfect for 2 or 3 small families. It's living room is huge with two comfortable sofa cum beds.

The common bathroom is something we didn't like. It's shower cubicle is way too small to fit someone like who is 6ft tall. Also the hot water issue was there. But we managed somehow.

Se viaggiate in gruppo a Roma non troverete di meglio, bellissimo!

Appartamento posizionato bene, parcheggi liberi negli intorni se si ha un po’ di pazienza altrimenti opzione di parcheggio a pagamento vicino. Bar, ristoranti e supermercati letteralmente sotto l’appartamento, e la metro raggiungibile facendo soltanto due passi. Struttura grande, ben attrezzata, molto ma davvero molto completa, cucina molto ok e il Wi-Fi funziona una meraviglia.

Totalmente recomendable, estancia agradable.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, a 3 minutos del metro, incluso a 2m hay un 24 horas de comida dulce y salada que viene bien para cualquier antojo. La comunicacion con la anfitriona es genial, se accede sin problema con avisarle con algo de antelación. No es que sobre el parking pero se puede aparcar relativamente cerca sin problema.

El barrio no es mejor pero tampoco nada preocupante, el salón no tiene aire acondicionado (tiene un ventilador de techo eso sí) así que tocaba dejar el aire de la habitación durante el día para que por la noche no se pasara mucho calor (Fuimos en época de calor) Un váter no tenía tapa, así que era un poco incómodo pero me supongo que sería algo del momento.

Si può fare di meglio

Posizione eccezionale vicinissimo alla metro linea A, tanti servizi nelle vicinanze e parcheggio gratuito, buono anche il prezzo.

Nel bagno principale non c'era la tavoletta del wc.. in tanti anni e in tanti alberghi e strutture ricettive non mi era mia accaduto.. l'ho trovo veramente sgradevole. La caldaia va riparata l'acqua arriva bollente/freddissima alternandosi. Un condizionatore in una delle camere si è rotto il giorno del nostro arrivo, mentre in soggiorno dove ci sono i divani letto non c'è proprio.. tuttavia la casa è fresca.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. L’appartamento si presentava molto sporco, soprattutto per terra: evidente che la pulizia non fosse fatta con cura. Nel bagno principale mancava il copri water, dettaglio scomodo e poco igienico, la porta non si chiudeva. Nel bagno in camera invece il piatto doccia era sporco con segni di muffa. Inoltre non era presente un gancio per appendere le asciugamani o una mensola per appoggiare qualcosa, veramente scomodo. Non c'era sapone/shampoo nel bagno. Le bambine hanno accidentalmente acceso la ventola a soffitto in soggiorno e da lì è caduta una quantità enorme di polvere, segno che non veniva pulita da chissà quanto. Inoltre, in sala mancava completamente una tenda, quindi chiunque passasse dal cortile interno poteva guardarci dentro, con totale mancanza di privacy. Zanzariere non presenti in tutte le camere e finestra della cucina che da sul tetto forse dei garage sottostanti sul quale era presente un po' di tutto da assorbenti a vestiti, una sporcizia incredibile, non è colpa certo dell'appartamento ma non era comunque un bel vedere! Ci aspettavamo maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e al comfort. Peccato, perché l’appartamento avrebbe potenziale, ma così com’è non lo consiglierei.
