The apartment is located right next to one of the stations of "Metro Line A", making it very easy to access the city center. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It features one bedroom and a living room with ample space, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are very clean. The bedroom has a balcony, and the bed is large, very comfortable, and of great quality. The apartment is equipped with two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The living room also includes a large sofa, which makes it possible for up to three people to stay comfortably in the apartment. Overall, this apartment is excellent, clean, and provides a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

This place is the best and worth!

This place is the best in my trip. We spent 3 nights here and felt really comfortable. The room has a big space and has everything you want. There is a washer, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, refrigerator, microwave, oven including cooker hood and Wi-Fi. This place is near the metro station, supermarket, many restaurants and not far from Roma Termini (around 20 minutes).

The bed’s mattress has a dip and there is some dust on the floor. The owner took some time to reply the message.

The house is very cozy and spatious, close to the metro station. Very close there's a coffee place for breakfast. There are some good restaurants close by. Communication with the owner was efficient. Key pickup was very well explained.

Could be better

Very good communication with the owner (on WhatsApp also). In the Via Tuscolana neighborhood you can find restaurants, shops, a “Profi” (6 minutes' walk away) and others. We used the Metro, from the Numidio Quadrato station, 150 m (see Note). Nice apartment, well equipped and well placed. I thank Barbara for the help. Note on Metro: “Closure of the entire Metro line A, from Anagnina to Battistini: from Sunday to Thursday last runs at 21:00; on Fridays and Saturdays regular service until 01:30; during the Metro closure times a replacement bus service will operate”.

The shower cabin is old and not very clean. The shower is not very practical, because the water temperature is not at all constant. The pots are very worn, some full of limestone, so unusable. Generally good opinions, with one serious exception. The water was leaking in the bathroom (maybe from the shower area). Because the floor drain was completely blocked, we had to collect water several times a day. I reported the problem on Thursday evening, but nothing was resolved until we left on Monday morning. Very unpleasant. I hope the problem has already been solved.

I really liked the apartment and how cozy it is. The host was always willing to answer our questions, as well as being flexible about check-in time and we were very grateful. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to get to know Rome.

Disappointed

Close to Metro, have few good supermarkets near by.

Flat needs a good clean - dust was everywhere, all shelves, floor not mopped, even toilet seat was dusty. Shower needs a good bleach. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable so really flat is only for 2 people as although bed mattress is lumpy but it is bearable, sofa though- be ready to sleep on slabs. Water in the shower pulsed between cold and scalding hot so washing kids was a nightmare. I am not a fab of american style bed making (quilt not in cover and has just a sheet underneath) as find it unhygienic. Flat is generally tired, but with a good spring clean and repair to shower/ purchase of at least second hand sofa could be reasonable..also be prepared to hear your neighbours all the time..and we were also unlucky to have renovations above with drilling, hammering etc from 8am each morning. Not ideal...

Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour sans perdre de temps inutile. Son emplacement est super pour visiter et il y a des commerces au pied de l’immeuble. De plus ce quartier authentique apporte une petite immersion sur la vie Italienne Fabio est réactif merci à lui pour son accueil

Bardzo przyjemy apartament, dobra lokalizacja , klika krokow do metra ktorym dostaniemy się do stacji Termini i innych miejsc, ulica pelna lokali. Sam apartament barszo fajny tak naprawde nic wiecej nie potrzba jesli chcesz przyjechac zwiedzac Rzym. Jeśli chcesz na szybko znaleźć jakiś sklep to na prawo do wyjścia na ulicę jest mały sklepik a w lewo kawałek z pasami jest supermarket. Metro w kierunku Termini jest na prawo po drugiej stronie ulicy. Wszystko blisko. Świetna lokalizacja. Stosunek ceny do jakości na plus.

Było trochę za gorąco ale na szczęście jest klima w sypialniach ♥️♥️♥️♥️ wszystko się nam podobało.

Muy cerca de parada de metro a 3mins, supermercado al cruzar una calle, zona tranquila nada masificada y con muchos bares, restaurantes y cafeterías donde comer. A 15 minutos en metro del centro de roma. El alojamiento con todo lo necesario y limpio.

Por decir algo negativo cambiaría las almohadas bastante incómodas.

Ușa de la dus trebuie schimbata, se face multă apa pe jos în baie, trebuie sa ștergem apa de fiecare data cu mopul. Salteaua din dormitor este foarte moale și face valuri, nu este dreapta.

Molto bene

La posizione è supercomoda: non troppo centrale ma a pochi passi dalla stazione della Metro linea A, con treni che passano ogni 2 minuti, rende facile qualsiasi spostamento verso i luoghi di interesse, la stazione, il centro storico, i musei. Il quartiere non è bellissimo ma, proprio perchè non è turistico, dà proprio la sensazione di rientrare "a casa". L'appartamentino ha tutto quello che serve, pulitissimo, sicuramente comodo per più di una persona. La camera da letto è ampia, e avere la cucina a disposizione è utile (anche se praticamente non l'ho usata perchè nei dintorni ci sono molti posti dove andare a mangiare). Ho apprezzato le bottigliette d'acqua fresca nel frigo. Mi sono trovata molto bene: se e quando avrò occasione di tornare a Roma, spero di trovare ancora la disponibilità di questo alloggio!

A me è sembrato tutto perfetto, faccio fatica a trovare aspetti da migliorare. Secondo me non mancava nulla... ma se proprio devo trovare qualcosa... per mettere i vestiti in camera c'è una cassettiera, forse potrebbe essere aggiunto un piccolo armadio/appendiabiti.
