Cosy apartman even for 5 adults, with a tiny balcon perfect for early morning coffee/tea or hanging your clothes out. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. The bed is so comfy it made it hard to rise a bit in the morning. The flat is around 20-25 minutes with tube from the center, 2 mins walk from the nearest station . The distance from the center is frankly perfect after a full day of noisiy-crowded city center. Lidl in 5-8 minutes walk and there is a nice family restaurant on the corner for pizza or coffee and breakfast. Also there is a very friendly cute grey cat in the neighborhood. :)
We had a little hiccup on arrival due to our fault but the owner was extremely helpful and flexible hence together we managed to solve that issue via whatsapp in no time. 100% recommend.

Casa spaziosa. Il proprietario ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste ed e’ stato molto gentile.
Wifi e lavatrice presenti.
Parcheggio vicino. Lidl raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Fermata metro a 2 minuti a piedi e il Colosseo si raggiunge in una ventina di minuti.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
In cucina mancano un po’ di attrezzature e non è molto pulita.
L’acqua della doccia non bastava per fare la doccia calda in cinque persone. Al bagno serve una sistemata. La doccia non ha il gancio per fissarla e l’acqua non scorreva bene nello scarico.

La cercanía al metro, tiene internet y aire acondicionado.
La cafetera no funcionaba, la mampara de la ducha se descolgaba, el secador estaba quemado pero funcionaba, había mucha suciedad, calcetines debajo de las camas, palomitas etc.
