Might b better for the demanded price

The location is good: not far away from metro station, lots of stores and cafes around

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the soccer gym right under the windows was too loud and full of ppl playing ball non stop from 8 am till 22 pm except Saturday. The check-in and check out hours weren’t too convenient: first we had to walk with our stuff all the day round after the early arrival to wait till the check-in time, second we had to reschedule our stay leaving prior to the last paid night because otherwise we would have to find the place to wait the whole day till the late flight after the early check-out. The price for widening up check-in/check-out hours is almost same as the entire day and it’s not too attractive.

Comfortable 4 day stay on Rome

Checking was very easy, and we had good communication with the host. It was a nice one bedroom apartment, comfortable, spatious, quiet, and clean. There was around 500m to a metro station with a quick and easy commute to the centre of Rome. There was also a number of grocery and fruit shops just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay there.

On the downside, the bed pillows were a bit flat, and the sheer curtains in the bedroom didn't give too much privacy. One annoying thing was that shutters from the kitchen were set too low, making access to the balcony uncomfortable. However, these were small things, easy to overlook.

The house was nice, but it is already quite worn out It is well located as it is close to the metro and the supermarket

The extractor does not work and does not help to remove the smell of food that remains in the house. The bed made a lot of noise and we woke up several times because of it. the shower has no pressure and the hot water runs out quickly.

Nothing to be happy about.

Quallity of apartments was very poor. Apartments in very bad condition, there was mold in all rooms, also in bedroom. Walls dirty, bathroom dirty, furniture worn out. kitchen also very dirty, especially the shelf where the dishes were. There were only one glass, one spoon. No soup in bathroom. In toilet water was draining very loudly, also it you could hear very clearly everithing from other apartments including water running in toilets multiple times at night. our stay was very unpleasant, would not recomend.

Appartement verry clean and well located, check out and check-in went verry smoothly and we didn't have any issue regarding flat access, equipments are ok and the neighborhood calm and friendly,. Would recommend for few days in Rome visit

Relatively cheap, but it came at cost... Clean

The check-in could be from 5 PM which is really late afternoon. After we booked the apartment we had received a message that for extra payment (20 euro or more) we are able to check-in earlier that afternoon which is quite shady manner. We also received a message that we can checkout later than 11 AM for the extra payment of 20 euro (1 PM) or 35 euro (3 PM). I mean what practice is that? The check-in is usually from 1 PM or 3 PM in other legit bookings...

The price was good... The bed was comfortable but soft. The kitchen was good. There was basic cooking stuff like olive oil, spices, salt, coffe, pepper atc. Witch is very helpful for some one that wants to cook. The washing machin did a good job.

The host was not very friendly and not very helpfull. We asked to keep are suit cases for one hour after check out and he didnt help. He sent us to walk 15 minutes and take 2 trains with are suit cases to termini train station. You need to carry up your suit cases 2.5 flights of stairs with no help. The bed is good but soft, i might be a problom for people that like a firm mattres

Good

The apartment was clean with plenty of facilities like a washing machine and a stove. The location was good, with a good metro connection to the centre of Rome and many shops and restaurants around the apartment. The stay was comfortable given the large bed and the kitchen.

However the bidet leaked all over the floor, the smoke alarm was extremely sensitive making cooking stressful and the bed and the chairs were in a state of disrepair. It does take an hour to get to rome city center on the metro. Finally the host was very demanding and unreasonably strict with his rules. I didnt feel very welcomed.

Great budget stay

Communication good, hassle free check in and check out. Reasonable selection of condiments and oils in the kitchen for cooking. Area is a little outside central Rome but is well served by bus and metro and public transport is plentiful and cheap. Washing machine was particularly useful as we had just got off a cruise ship. Good selection of shops within a few hundred meters.

The property backs into a sports area (I think) so most evenings there was a lot of noise and if you're a light sleeper that might be an issue. On the Same subject we could clearly hear our neighbours enjoying themselves. Be aware (I was) there is no lift so travel light.

Good location (10min from metro), clear instructions how to get in, a lot of useful details, pleasant interior.

There was a lot of trash after previous guests (in the toilet and in the kitchen). Also, we saw a lot of insects, looks like cockroaches, but we are not sure. Old chairs in the kitchen.

Dezastruos, nu recomand!

Un loc amenajat superficial acum 10 ani în care nu s-a mai investit nimic. Mobila mai veche de 10 ani, vopsita doar pe exterior cu spay. Tavanul exfoliat, parchetul și plintele umflate, ferestrele cu tamplarie de lemn putred și sistem de închidere ruginit. Hota nu funcționează, aerul condiționat miroase a mucegai. Patul inconfortabil cu lamelele de somiera dezlipite care cădeau la fiecare mișcare. Gazda necoopemeranta ne-a tratat cu aroganta când am rugat sa lăsăm bagajele la ora 15: 50.fiindca începuse ploua. Ne spus ca intrarea e la ora 17 si ne-a sugerat sa le lăsăm în strada sau sa achitam 20 de euro. Cea mai rea experienta de 25 de ani de când folosim booking-ul.

Non riesco a trovare punti positivi.

Per chi vuole visitare Roma la posizione non è buona, ma quando prenotiamo conosciamo la posizione anche senza sapere tanto. il grosso problema è che questo posto non è preparato a ricevere persone. il materasso è vecchissimo e morbido, basta la mano, il materasso sprofonda...il divano, se così possiamo chiamarlo, è una vergogna, e la mancanza di educazione da parte di chi gestisce gli ospiti è incredibile. Ancor prima del check-in ho avuto necessita do contattare l'assistenza alla prenotazione. il cuscino era vecchio ed estremamente morbido, sul letto c'era solo il lenzuolo di sotto e un piumone. dentro l'armadio delle coperte c'era un cattivo odore.
