Reasonable

Great stay! The landlady is very nice and the apartment is reasonably clean. Air conditioning worked well. All in all nothing fancy but it suited our needs well. It takes 30mins to an hour to reach the city center. We knew this so it was nothing unexpected and we were able to deal well with it. Just something to keep in mind - bring time!

.Location , the place needs work specially in the bathroom ,shower does not have a drained ,toilette does not flush It is very dark inside you feel like you are in a basement with no windows You can not open windows It is very far from the train station.

I would have paid more for something near Termini

The room has a separate bedroom and can easily fit 3 people in if you travel with kids. I also like the little back yard that is filled with sun. It's very quiet and dark at night (I sleep better this way) and there are some authentic local pizza restaurants just around the corner.

The location is quite bad. It's 11 stations away from San Giovanni and the line C only runs every other 15 minutes so it took me 1:15 hours to get to Termini or Colosseum. The apartment has some coach roaches in the bathroom and the bathroom is very long and narrow. The water doesn't drain very quickly either. The kitchen is decent but doesn't have any metal spoon and the microwave can't really boil the milk, just warm it up a bit.

Fair value for the money

The apartment is big and nice. The kitchen is well equipped. When we arrived the host waited for us, so it was very helpful.

A little bit far from the city center. It was quite cold in the apartment. 20€ extra fee for a single hour delay in check-in, made me change my mind and cancel my 2nd stay I planned in this property. I expected for flexibility for a return customers

Exceptional

We really enjoyed to stay here. A nice and quite place with everything you need. A little tricky to find, but no problem if you ask a local. At the airport you should buy a ticket for the public transport. It includes bus and metro and is valid for 100 minutes. From the airport take the bus no. 520 to Cinecitta Metro Station, then go with Metro A to San Giovanni and from there take Metro C to Torre Maura. From there it's a 10-15 minutes walk to the Homestay. The Homestay is close to the metro station, a little super market and good places to eat are also near. You can even leave your luggage here in case you arrive before check in. We would come back and can highly recommend it.

Le calme du logement (à part les pétards dans la rue le soir : période de fin d'année). proximité métro (11 min)

Appartement clairement non entretenu : Cuisine : portes de placard cassées, manque de couverts (présence de couteaux en plastique !) , vaisselle abimée, pas de carafe, de planche à découper, pas de cafetière, pas de grille pain, four très sale. Salle de bain : UNE HONTE : meuble sous le lavabo qui s'effondre, salle de bain très humide, serviette de bain trouées, douche avec joints noirs, pièce très sale. Pièce insalubre. Pièce principale : correcte, mais coussins tachées, radiateur bruyant et meuble bas à changer, vases avec fleurs et rideaux d'un autre temps. Le carrelage est extrêmement abimé et il suffirait de qqs tapis pour cacher les trous. TV non connectée La chambre : certainement la pièce la plus correcte. Ce logement est donné pour 5,il y a bien 5 couchages mais il n'y a pas que 3 chaises et une table trop petite, sans parler du manque de couverts et de vaisselle. Un certificat datant de 2012 est affiché : nous nous demandons si ce logement a été de nouveau contrôlé et si il est réellement aux normes. Annonce par ailleurs non complète : découverte des taxes de séjour et de l'existence d'une caution à régler en plus (on se demande bien pourquoi). Les photos par ailleurs sont trompeuses (ex : grille pain, gaufrier présents sur les photos mais non présents)

Il ragazzo incontrato al momento del check-in è stato cordiale, rapido ed efficiente. La zona è di tipo residenziale e a (relativamente) pochi minuti c'è un supermercato, nonché la fermata "Torre Maura" della metro C.

Scarsa pulizia dell'appartamento in generale, sopratutto nelle zone difficili da raggiungere. Stoviglie sporche e assolutamente insufficienti anche per sole due persone. Zona privata esterna semplicemente inagibile ed abbandonata a sé stessa, nonché oltremodo lercia sia per incuria che a causa degli inquilini del piano superiore. Bagno angusto e retrodatato con vaschetta del WC che produce un suono assordante e prolungato al momento della ricarica dell'acqua. Illuminazione interna scarsissima, anche artificiale, sopratutto nella zona cucina ed in camera da letto. Da ultimo, segnalo che la proprietaria richiede una cauzione di 50€ non segnalata su Booking.com ed esatta solo successivamente al momento della prenotazione.

Senza tante pretese

Il posto è comodo e ho trovato parcheggio di fronte la casa. La signora sempre disponibile via telefono per ogni info. La casa è grande con 4 posti letto.

Sono stato solo una notte e non ho avuto tante esigenze per cui non posso valutare tutto. L'appartamento non è nuovissimo e con qualcosa da sistemare forse, diciamo che va bene per chi non ha grosse pretese.

Cichy i spokojny pobyt w bardzo fajnej kwocie

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja — zaledwie 10 minut od metra, dosłownie 5 minut do EuroSpin i innych sklepów. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Bardzo fajny, przytulny i zadbany dom, gdzie można znaleźć wszystko, co jest potrzebne.

Nie widzę żadnych minusów :) Chyba że trochę naprawić kibel.

Non abbiamo trovato il telecomando per lo split del riscaldamento, ma essendo tornati molto tardi abbiamo preferito non chiamare la Signora che ci ha magnificamente accolto al ceck-in e soffrire un pochino il freddo.

Za ty peníze dobré a v pořádku

Nejsme moc nároční, takže se dá říci, že vše OK. Byt je velký, na metro celkem kousek. Velký market taky kousek. Vybavení je už trošku rozkradené asi, chybí lžičky ale dá se. Postel čistá, voňavá. Topení nefungovalo, ale pan nám dovolil topit skrz klimatizaci zdarma. Takže domluva dobrá i co se týče rezervace a vyzvednutí klíče v trezoru. Okolí bylo tiché.

Asi více nádobí by to chtělo, zpravit topení a posezení venku
