Appartamento piccolo ma molto confortevole, caldo e tranquillo …zona molto bella e ben servita di tutto, bar , ristoranti, tabacchi, supermercati, farmacia…. Tutto a pochi passi compresa la stazione metro
Il bagno necessita di manutenzione agli scarichi intasati… la doccia aveva bisogno di una maggiore pulizia , la presa vicino il letto non funzionava … c’è un tipo/a al piano di sopra che butta le sigarette nel giardinetto , ne ho raccolto una dozzina …😡 fuma marlboro …ma questo non è colpa del gestore ma degli inquilini incivili

Great location and a nice cozy little flat. The host Was really useful as he shared lots of Local recommendations and advice.
The place could be a bit cleaner but the major issue was the unstable supply of hot water. Some times it was plenty, some times you had to Wait 5 minutes for it to come. At least the host did try to fix it so it might be ok now.
