Close to a Metro

The property is close to the Metro Station. This is the last stop in the line, so getting a seat in the metro is good. Close to a few good restaurants. The land lord is very good and he helped us with a lot of details. He doesn't speak much English, but communicates well.

There is a no lift and the property is in the second floor. So, we had to carry 5 large suitcases for two floors. The property is a bit old. but maintained well. The bed linens and towels can be a bit better.

Family trip to Rome in September

Big apartament for family of 4, very close to the metro station, around you have small mini market and gas station. The host was always ready to help with every single question, and he was always available before coming or during the stay.

The apartment is very big and has everything you need for your stay. The owner is great and very helpful with tips about how to move in and to Rome. The kitchen has everything in utensils and facilities. There is a laundry machine and place to hang Shower is big and clean You can easily get to the city centre by Metro or bus which is 5 minutes distance from the apartment.

Comfortable, spacious and easily connected to Rome

Very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable beds. perfect for 3 people. The metro is a minute’s walk from the gate, so you can be connected to all of Rome’s tourist attractions within 20 mins. No sense in getting a sub par place in the center of Rome for triple the price when you have this one for much cheaper and excellent quality!

The area around Anagnina station can feel a little rough but most people who live in the suburbs of major European cities will be used to it.

Very good

Great option for 4 guests at a great price. Quite a large apartment, at the metro station Anagnina. It's a bit far from the center, but 3 minutes walk from the subway. Sofa for two, a large bedroom, kitchen with dishes and dishwasher, table, iron, clothes dryer, TV, good internet, washing machine, good bathroom, balcony. Lovely and friendly host. The landlord helped, brought laundry supplies, there was coffee, tea, sweets, and a mini-breakfast in the apartment. That's nice.

The view from the balcony of the garbage cans. Walking down the street to the dwelling past them. The smell is terrible. The washing machine should be replaced, it is irrevocably corroded and dirty. A little disappointing that we could not check in at 13:00 as stated, and by the time we arrived just started cleaning. We waited an hour at Ikea nearby. It seems to me that if the arrival occurs from 13-00 to 20-00, at 13-00 apartment should already be cleaned, because the previous tenants leave before 10-30 am. The bedding is old and does not smell very nice. The towels are the same. Grey, one of them had a huge hole in it. This needs to be replaced and washed, bleached better. It is hygiene.

This apartment was very spacious and very clean with all the reauired facilities. The owner was very helpful and friendly. There is nearby subway to get to most of the tourist spots in Rome. I highly reccommend to everyone visiting Rome to stay at this place.

Pleasant experience

Simone is a welcoming and helpful host Accommodation is very easy to find, it is well marked The apartment was perfectly clean, fragrant and heated Cozy bathroom, plenty of hot water Really comfortable beds Excellent location, a few steps from the metro and bus station, a few minutes by bus to ciampino airport.

The flat only needs a few details to be perfect... In the kitchen, I would like some bigger mugs and glasses, a microwave

A quiet family and clean place to explore Roma!!!

Nice clean and comfort house for family in a quiet neighborhood out of the center of Roma but 50m. from metro station anagnina. So you can be at many places at Roma with metro about 10' or 20' accordingly where do you want to go. Friendly and nice people the owners . Grazie mille!

The apartment is just up the road (no more than a minutes walk) from the metro station, making it extremely convenient for getting into central Rome and exploring the city. All facilities were included as advertised, everything was clean and in working order and the hosts are friendly and helpful

Friendly welcoming hosts. Beautiful home with all the accommodations needed to cook in the kitchen, extra blankets and pillows. Had breakfast and tea and was just lovely all around. Was close to the metro and they had a sign to show us how it worked. Over and above.

The location was great for the metro, however seemed a little rough when we first arrived as we had to walk a ways. But all in all a wonderful place to stay.

Квартира красиво оформлена, всё продумано до мелочей, даже подушки есть на разный вкус - твердые (кстати, очень удобные), и мягкие. Идеальная чистота! Находится в 20 минутах езды на метро от Термини. Кстати, Гугл не совсем правильно показывает расположение, через дорогу, на самом деле сам спуск в метро через 110 метров от квартиры (проверено!). Квартира на третьем (европейский второй) этаже, на площадке две квартиры, во второй живут хозяева, check in - check out проходят очень просто. Хозяин Симон всегда на связи. Цена для Рима очень низкая...
