Cordialità e disponibilità dell’host che ha risposto alle mie richieste (avere l’appartamento in anticipo) e mi ha dato dei consigli utili per raggiungere l’ippodromo “Le Capannelle” e si è assicurato che tutto fosse andato bene fino alla fine del soggiorno.

Aangenaam en comfortabel logement met een vriendelijke uitbating. Goede restaurants in de buurt. Kort bij metrostation.
Niets, buiten het geblaf van de honden in de buurt tijdens de ochtend.

Lage perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt im mittelklasse viertel, schöne Häuser, gepflegte Gartenanlagen, grün. Nachts absolut ruhig. Metro ca 12 min zu fuss, Bus zum Rom Castelli fährt ab Anagnina Gasgeber sehr nett.
Vielleicht etwas genaue putzen. Backoffen drinnen, Wasserkocher entkalken, Gefrierfach im kühlschrank mal abtauen lassen.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider schlecht. Die Einzelbetten sind leider unbequem, weil die Matratzen schlecht sind.
