The hotel location is perfect. The area es full of cafes and restaurants, near a metro station and close to the river (great for a beautiful stroll during sunset).
The room was great. The bed was a bit too soft and the mattres felt like it was a bit overused.
The cleaningness was 10/10. The staff was always professional and correct.
The main and biggest issue we had was the noise.
On one hand, the cars and specially motorbikes reving their engines on the road right next to the hotel made it hard. But the biggest issue with this hotel is the room doors. They do not have a stopper, so they slam every single time the are closed. When other people are leaving their rooms, your bed literally shakes when their door closes. You feel literally every door on the floor when they close.
I really recommend them to get stoppers to help doors close more gently and avoid this.
