Location can’t be beat. Historical property in the middle of the old town.

Some rooms have a marginally useful tub, no shower.

The location is absolutely perfect! A stones throw away from the famous Royal Castle and walking distance from all major sights. Very nicely decorated and my room was an exquisite single with interesting decor. Though small, but still felt adequate and comfortable. Bathroom adequate and very clean. How does the glass panes in the shower not show any water marks after showering? Need that cleaning tip.

Bed linen. Although the firmness of the mattress was good, the quality of the material was rough and warn.. the mattress needs at least a cover. Bottom sheet not adequate and slipped during the night and the rough mattress was exposed, making for a rather uncomfortable sleep. Black out curtains could also help keeping room darker at night.

The location was great and the staff were nice and helpful, even arranging an early breakfast for me upon request.

There was no nightstand, so everything ended up on the floor. I could feel pills from the mattress through the sheet, which was uncomfortable. There was only one pillow, no blackout curtain, and nowhere to put luggage. The TV was placed strangely and couldn't be watched from bed. There was no AC, but the overhead fan was fine. No extra toiletries were available at the desk if you forgot it, and toiletries in the bathroom were limited to one shower gel/shampoo mix. My key didn't work from the outside so i needed to get it replaced. The room lock on the inside didn't work either, so I put a chair against the door to feel safe. The walls were paper thin, and I was woken up by a neighbor's alarm. Breakfast was disappointing. There were no eggs and no hot food.
