Oki Doki OLD TOWN

Everything was great, nice and friendly staff, excellent location, nice people definitely recommend this place

Location can't be beaten. Young staff who are all very knowledgeable and helpful. The bar on site is a particularly great way to meet people. Super clean and organised building. They also arrange social events, which unfortunately I couldn't participate in as I only stayed for 2 nights, arriving late the 1st and leaving very early on my 2nd morning. I did meet some very nice fellow guests though. I would definitely book the hostel again if I return to Warsaw. My room was a twin with en-suite and it was perfect for a short stay. Thanks to everyone there.

The kitchen area is small, but this can't be changed easily, so is a bit difficult to navigate when other people are around. Didn't bother me as I don't cook ! No shower towelling mat was provided - I don't know if this is standard, but I didn't ask anyone.

The check-in procedure was quick and easy. The location was excellent --- close to many sights and attractions. The room was quiet, spacious and clean when we checked in. The air conditioner worked well. There was plenty of hot water for sink and shower use. The soap in the shower is cheap and did not measure up to shower products we have used at other hotels.

The shower was very small. A larger shower could / should have been installed in the bathroom. There was no bathmat for the shower. There was only one trash can in the room, and it was never emptied during our four-day stay. The towels were not replaced during our four-day stay. The laundry facilities (washer and dryer) require coins only (this is very antiquated), and the front desk had no coins available for guests. Either update the washer and dryer to take credit cards or ensure that the front desk has coins available for guest. Neither applied. This was very disappointing.

Great location

Very uncomfortable bed.
