PURO Warszawa Stare Miasto

The design and quality of this hotel is exquisite, incredibly well thought out and executed. Just beautiful in every way, from the spacious and serene common areas to the lighting in the rooms to the textures of every material used. I wanted to take everything home with me! The hotel bakery has incredible pastries, and the rooftop bar and restaurant are popular and look great, though we didn’t try them. There are also some great restaurants just around the corner (the Georgian place is a must), and the enchanting old town is just a short stroll away. My only suggestion for the hotel is that they spend some time training the young, inexperienced staff to recognize guests needs, as this was the one area that didn’t match the very high standards of the rest of the hotel. But I will absolutely stay here again in Warsaw, and look forward to returning.

We stayed 4 nights. Amazing location and great hotel. Classic queen mattress seems a bit smaller than normal and the duvets are rather short, but it was no problem when requesting an extra one. We received room cleaning everyday, first day great, second day only the bed was made—the bathroom was not cleaned and towels were not replaced. Lots of marks in the sink from my dumping out my tea from the previous evening. The tea was also later not replaced that day. When I called the front desk to get more tea, the response came across rude. This was a bit consistent in behavior, so it may be cultural? When packing to leave, my partner couldn’t find a clothing piece. We assume it was taken by mistake when the bed sheets were once changed (as it was on the floor). However when notifying the hotel, they can’t locate the item. It isn’t cheap, so if it cannot be found we will request the item amount. Apart from the housekeeping the one day and accidental take of the clothing piece the last day, it’s a great stay and would probably stay here again. The hotel breakfast is excellent, but expensive for polish standards—take advantage of ordering as much as you can if possible

Design is nice , but besides that nothing else speaks to me . Sauna is too small and not practical. Missing basic amenities in the room. Room has no view, from corridor view you can admire trash
