The location is excellent, right on the edge of the old town near the Castle Square, and with a choice of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were also really helpful so all was perfect for us.

Clean, perfect location, pleasant staff.
Triple room was set as double bed and sofa bed. Double bed couldn’t be separated into twin beds. Sofa bed was fine but not very comfortable.

Perfect location, decent room with AC. Flexible check-in time. Overall good bang for the buck.
Spa. Sauna is not "Finnish" if you cannot throw water on the rocks. Steam sauna was not available. Drain in the shower room was partially blocked.

Verry noisy ventilation all over the night , the smell like "plumbing and humidity" the bed poor quality, the chairs and sofa are dirty and small..
