    My wife and I stayed in this hotel during a snowy cold January. The hotel was warm, very clean, comfortable room with good facilities. The hotel is perfect position to explore the old town and the many cafes, bars and restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Taxi to Chopin Airport cost less than £10 from this location, we had no problems getting a taxi from the hotel to other sites in Warsaw. One thing to bear in mind is that there is no lift, if stairs are a problem then you may need to stay somewhere else. We plan to visit Warsaw in the summer and have no hesitation to book again.

    When we arrived, the guy in the reception looks like he is bored and does not want his job. Typically, he lacks concern on his guests. other than that, the room is spacious. the location is distance away from the landmarks of old town. we like it

    Hi, the front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. They actually chucked our bags out since we got stuck and were little late to check out. And by chucked out I mean threw our bags out!! Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and all facilities are available.
