Incanto Old Town Boutique

We like the location

The lake of lift, it was hard to stay in the second floor

Location is very good and the rooms are spacious and newly renovated.

Not for seniors and physically challenged. There are no elevators for a 3-floor property which was never disclosed on the app. With large suitcases in tow, Alex at the reception would’t even offer to help even after asking. When we checked in, the toilet bowl is full of hairs and the bed sheet stained. The housekeeper who was asked to clean thereafter was also discourteous and unwelcoming. Only Marche, the other receptionist, is warm and accommodating.

Excellent hotel, and we ha a very nice room with a view too and the receptionist was great too. Bestest location on the main oldtown road, which has no cars running just walking.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, and the stay itself was pleasant — but the check-in experience could definitely be smoother and more welcoming.

However, the staff could be a bit more polite and flexible. According to the information on Booking, payments could be made in either euros or PLN, but the hotel only accepted PLN. This made our late-night arrival a bit stressful since all exchange offices were already closed. I left my passport at the reception as a temporary security measure until the next morning, but was later given a “lecture” about it, which felt unnecessary and slightly rude. The following day, we also had to wait around 15–20 minutes at the reception to complete the payment and hear another explanation about the passport, which was rather frustrating.
