Mariensztat 8 Hotel

Our family had a difficult time with our flight and delayed our arrival to Warsaw. Management was immediate with their responses to my messages in our travel delays. But once we arrived, to our surprise, the two bedroom apartment was welcoming and perfect. The setup of the room was large enough for our family to relax and unwind after such difficult traveling. What I found most comforting is the care provided in the toiletries for use to help make our stay most comfortable. In addition the elevator to the family room was most helpful.

The property is in a quiet area and the room was super cozy and had everything you needed and more! The welcome basket is such a cute addition to an already perfect welcome. The staff was super helpful and nice. The place was spotless!

The attention to detail, from a little care pack per guest, to the ability to wash clothes and the free minibar, nothing was overlooked. Delightful owner, Sigismund, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent.

Attention to the small details in the room with a number of personal care items. Water was hot and towels were new. Recently renovated room. Very close to Market Center, just about 8 minutes up the sidewalk and steps. Trams and buses were very near and convenient. Owner answered the phone when I called and there was someone at front desk all the time. Local market store about 30 steps from hotel to pick up fruit and refreshments (older short lady is owner and will help pick out what is good for you!). Taxi was ordered for me and driver was excellent to load car and get me quickly to the airport.

Could not activate the room temp controls but it was comfortable. Windows open 2 ways for security. Lots of construction going on across the street and next door but quiet at night.
