El apartamento es muy amplio, nuevo, muy limpio y muy cómodo.

Está a unos 40 minutos andando del centro histórico. El apartamento está en una especie de conjunto de edificios, que no parece una zona muy segura.

Comfortable beds, amazing atmosphere/interior design, it had all the necessary and more (for cooking, cleaning, making coffee).

The sofa could be initially a bit cleaner and even have already the bedsheets in place. There was also construction work.

Wir haben uns für dieses Apartment entschieden aufgrund der Parkmöglichkeit und der guten Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. Die Lage Richtung Innenhof macht die Wohnung ruhig. Die Gestaltung der Wohnung ist ansprechend, es ist alles da was man braucht.

Direkt nach der Ankunft bin ich erst einmal staubsaugen gegangen. Wenn man das Haus betritt ist die Wohnung auf den ersten Blick eine positive Überraschung, bei genauerem Hinsehen ist alles aber ein wenig schlampig: Schimmel in der Dusche, schmutzige Gläser, Regale die drohen aus der Wand zu reißen, Lampen, die dekorativ auschauen aber keine Steckdose haben. Die Wände zur Nachbarwohnung sind sehr dünn, man ist bei jeder Klospülung quasi live dabei und der ganze Gebäudekomplex ist recht schmutzig, im Innenhof liegt überall Hundekot.

The location is great, right in the center of the city, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, museums and bars. The apartment is spacious for two people and it is equipped with a functional kitchen. The check in process is easy and the keys can be picked up from a locker on the front door. You get all the information you need upon arrival.

The apartment is not very clean - i saw plenty of dust, and the biggest problem was with the bed sheets. On our first night, we noticed a big, brown stain on our sheets. We asked for a new set, and we received in on the same day. It was left by the entrance in a plastic bag. But the sheets where meant for a single bed, not a double one. So we couldn’t use them. Then, we asked again for a new set and we received just a singular bed sheet and it was placed on the door step by itself, not in a bag. It was simply put there on the dirty floor, on the staircase. The owner was receptive and responded quickly but I don’t know if they handled the deliveries themselves. If they work with someone for the cleaning services, they should reconsider. For a 5 nights stay, we only had one set of towels (meaning one big and one small towel per person). No toiletries. We only had a hand soap. For a place that has the word concierge in its name, this is disappointing. They could work a bit more on the hospitality aspect. I am not pretentious, I just wanted a clean place and I think that towels and bed sheets are the most important aspect of an accommodation. If you have a problem with noises, then the squeaky floor may bother you. Also, you can hear the neighbors from the other apartment - originally, I think this was a regular apartment that was split in two accommodations. The walls between them seem thin.
