The room is everything you need. Single bed, wi-fi, TV. Parking is easy, access is easy. Shower was nice in shared bathroom just next door.
There's nothing not to like. It's a bunch of rooms in a house each one set up for guests with a shared bathroom. It all does exactly what you think.

The bed was very comfortable, for both me and my Husband. The bed linen and towels, were clean, as was the en-suite and all areas we used. The kitchen has a clean oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Though an odd assortment of pots & pans. It was a convenient location for The Eden Project. Leave plenty of time for the train crossing. The parking was easy, next to the house, plenty of space when we parked.
The garden area was not wildlife friendly. A sterile environment, no access, or food, for the declining Hedgehogs. Had to leave shoes inside the front door and didn't want to walk on the gravel. The colourful line pattern on the en-suite bathroom floor made my eyes hurt too.
