Our third visit, staff are so helpful, good locals pub, nice garden area, food is good, sports shown, room was comfy, breakfast was nice. Parking and in centre of lovely Lostwithiel so an easy walk to everything.

Didn't know they had live music, so loud, after a long drive, needed rest. Shame it spoilt a pleasant stay.
