Stored luggage on arrival. One item was full of straw like materail on the cloth cover of my daughter's pillow
Separate toilet with small hand basin, with cold tap running hot and the other with no water at all
Our room was up graded as there was no pools whilst we staying
Wardrobe door with the weight of the inside mirror was hanging of the hinges
TV had an adaptor that was hanging from it
The adaptor did not work so we did not use
Pleasant lady at reception when we checked out
Didn't have breakfast or any other meals as we were out from morning till very late at night
Rooms are very tired looking and depending on your room can be quite a distance from stairs or lifts
Had a fan and window open all the time we were there as room was very hot and stuffy with no temperature control to adjust in room
