Lots of sockets in the room that happened to be very helpful. Location is awesome and staff are super helpful and friendly. Checking in Billy was waiting for me after the opening times, showed me the facilities, sorted out a problem I raised and provided me the equipment I requested last minute. Checking out Adrian kept my luggage so I could collect it after exploring the city and helped me with train departures information. Both went above and beyond! Thank you so much!
One of the pillows didn’t have the pillow case and the litter bin wasn’t completely empty.

Loud PA system from pub across the road holding it quiz night. Surely no need for it to to be so loud that it was like they in the room with me.
