It was good overall, the staff made it a lovely stay. Just the bed space bothered a few of my friends. Otherwise everyth
The staff! They were so accommodating, let us keep the stuff for the whole day. We had to wait for our bus which was at 11:30 pm, and our checkout was 10 am in the morning, it was so cold outside. The staff was kind enough to let us wait till our bus arrived.
I guess the bed space was congested. The water was not hot in one of the washrooms.

Wonderful value for money option.
Stayed in 10.bed female dorm,with 2 ensuite bathrooms,which was clean and quiet. Very helpful staff who were able to accommodate my request for lower bunk. Some noise from outside due to central.llocation, but didn't cause any disruption. Great service as always
Pillows were a little thin and uncomfortable.

Female only dorm was warm and quiet. Good supply of hot water in both bathrooms Friendly and helpful staff who were able to facilitate my request for lower bunk. Great location right in city centre
There were a lot of crumbs under the mattress. Pillow and mattress were a bit thin.

Comfortable and good value for money
The quietness of staying in a bunk bed of 4 compared to bed bunk of 12 or 10. The difference is massive and contributed to a memorable stay because we ended two instead of 4.
The shower curtain is not big enough, water splash everywhere inside the bathroom. I suggest they get a sizable shower curtain or glass doors

A clean, friendly, and unexpectedly memorable stay that made me feel right at home.
I stayed here for the past two nights and honestly had such a lovely experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, they really made me feel comfortable. I even ended up meeting a new friend from Italy in my dorm which made the stay feel even more special. The room was spotless, cosy, and perfect for a short stay but honestly it would be ideal for a longer stay too. Everything felt clean, safe and well looked after. Overall such a positive experience, I’d definitely come back again.
