From the outside i was concerned it looked pretty rundown but polar opposite once inside. Huge, clean rooms spacious beds and double bathrooms in the room i stayed

Good location, facilities such as kitchen and lounge brilliant and staff are so friendly. Beds were comfy too.
Room was a bit cramped. The dorm I was in had an annoying ventilation noice that kept me awake all night even with ear plugs! Only other downside was that the code to enter the building changed last minute and it wasn’t communicated until I managed to get in. I think this needs to be improved. The lounge was a bit dirty too but it’s not a hotel so I can’t expect the best! But you get your moneys worth

It is very close to the Swansea train station. The bathroom that is next to the reception is nice and clean.
It was hot as I didn’t see any air conditioning, so the window in the dorm was open. So it was very noisy as well because there was lots of activity outside on a Friday night!
