We couldn’t be happier with this property. I would rank it among the best we have stayed in. Exceptionally well maintained and clean throughout. Our room was extremely comfortable and had all the facilities we value. High quality bedding, high spec modern bathroom (with anti slip mat for the shower). Excellent breakfast using local ingredients. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The standard of service was excellent. We were visiting the Eden Project which was minutes away and used this location as a central point for visiting several National Trust properties. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely go again.

After a long journey, the warm welcome we received here was deeply appreciated. This B&B is exactly as described: a charming, tastefully decorated, and well-maintained house and garden. Breakfast was delightful and set us up perfectly for the day. Our stay met every single expectation, but the true icing on the cake was the hosts, Andy and Wendy, who were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating.
Would stay again.

From start to finish we were made very welcome. The accommodation was spotless throughout and very comfortable. The ground was exceptionally well kept, providing a pleasant area to relax. Wendy and Andy the hosts, were very attentive and responded to any needs no matter how small to ensure our stay was perfect.
There’s nothing to dislike about the property. Everything was fine.
