Place was excellent start to finish. Staff member on front desk was courteous, helpful and went out of his way to check us in early and give us all needed info
Room was a good size, spotless and had everything we needed. Location was great for eateries and local Tesco, just a bit out of town centre.
Overall excellent value for money and would definitely stay again!

Stayed at this travel lodge before. It is in a perfect position for our needs. The staff are friendly welcoming. The cleanliness of the place is very good. Beds very comfy rooms are spacious. Had breakfast all hot plentiful and tasty. Value for money and we will be revisiting in September.

I HAVE BEEN STAYING IN ST AUSTELL FOR MANY YEARS, BUT THE FIRST STAY IN THE TRAVELODGE, IT WAS VERY CLEAN, WARM AND WITH EXCELLENT STAFF, WE ALSO HAD A WONDERFUL BREAKFAST.

The Good- Free Parking, lift to all floors. Rooms spotlessly clean, Staff very polite and friendly and helpful. breafast was very good with plenty of choice. Plenty of food outlets and mini supermarket on site !
The Bad : No bath / slip mats provided.was offered hand towel to put on floor. Noise at the front of the hotel from cars coming and going and delivery vans late at night and early in the morning if you are a light sleeper go for fo a room at rear of hotel
