Location location location! Sunny townhome on quaint brick street neighborhood in South Tampa. The townhome is in walking distance to dozens of restaurants, Bayshore Blvd, Soho / Howard, Hyde Park, and Palma Ceia. Only 2 miles to downtown Tampa. This home has 2 bds, 1.5 bths, high speed wifi internet, smart TV with any app you could want, external monitor for connecting to laptop, original wood floors and a private, fully gated backyard. It's 1/2 of a duplex and the walls aren't too thick fyi.

Great place to stay - very convenient and close to the bay, downtown and the beaches. Very pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. We stayed for a month and felt like home.Check-in was very easy and the hosts were very response and welcoming. Overall the place was neat and clean, we liked the fact that is all hardwood floor and no carpet and in home washer dryer, with full kitchen which is what we were looking for.
