Thank you for choosing our place for your stay in Tampa! We hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Please take a moment to review our house rules and important information to help ensure a great experience for everyone.

House Rules

-NO SMOKING, Vaping, THC, or Marijuana
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, THC, marijuana, or similar substances anywhere inside the building, unit, hallways, or patio.
If evidence of smoking is found, including odors, residue, physical evidence, or activation of monitoring devices, guests will be charged a deep-cleaning fee of $500 minimum, plus any additional costs required to remove smoke odors and damages.

-No Parties or Events
Registered guests relaxing, dining, or enjoying a drink are welcome. However, parties, gatherings, or inviting large numbers of unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees of $500 or more and may result in immediate termination of the reservation.

-Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
If additional overnight guests are needed, you must contact us and receive approval before their arrival. Additional guest fees may apply.
A maximum of six (6) visitors may be present at one time in addition to registered guests. Visitors may not use guest amenities, including the kitchenette or shower facilities.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors.
**Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM**
During these hours, please avoid loud music, excessive noise, shouting, or disruptive behavior.

-No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property.

-Parking
Parking is $15 per car, per day. If you have multiple cars, 1 will be parked in the parking lot and the remaining cars will be on street parking. Your parking pass will have signed P- for parking lot and S-for street parking.
Return all parking passes to the welcome basket before checkout.
Lost or unreturned parking passes will result in replacement fees of $100

-Children
Children are welcome with the following conditions:
* Parents and guardians are responsible for all necessary childproofing.
* Children under 13 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times.

-Property Care
Please treat the property, furnishings, appliances, and décor with care.
Use appliances only for their intended purpose and help keep the unit in good condition for future guests.

-Damage Reporting
Accidents happen. If anything becomes stained, damaged, broken, or malfunctions during your stay, please notify us immediately.
Prompt communication often allows us to resolve issues quickly and avoid additional charges. Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in fees being charged through the reservation.
