The townhome features two cozy bedrooms, including a tranquil master bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom, and closet, as well as a traditional bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom. For added comfort, there's a sofa bed, considered a Queen pull-out, accommodating extra guests with ease.
Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed space with a charming patio, offering a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The well-appointed kitchen and indoor dining area cater to your culinary needs.
While parking in South Tampa may be tight due to the area's historical charm, this townhome provides one private parking space for a medium-sized vehicle, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.

The parking in South Tampa is extremely tight. This is true all over the entire area. The land value is just too expensive and the old historic streets built in the early 1900s are quite narrow. There is 1 private parking space for a medium-sized vehicle. The option of off-street parking is possible, but we cannot guarantee space for a second vehicle.

• Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.
• No parties allowed.
This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors. The "golden" rule applies peeps :)
-Please no music after 9 pm.
-No loud guests or disruptive behavior.
-Smoking is permitted only outside the front of the main house. No Smoking or vaping inside please
-No open flames please! (Candles, incense, lighters, etc)
-No illegal activity or substances of any kind on the property.
-No parties
-For the comfort and security of our guests and residents, only registered guests are permitted on the property. ** Please enter all guests' names on the reservation**
-Please do not use ANY spray tan products while on the premises. They stain the walls, shower, and sheets.
-No eating or food in beds, please! This brings in unwanted guests: )
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.

We had a great time, and the location was ideal the beds were comfortable, and the living area was large enough for our family. . Our main complaint about the property is that it wasn’t well stocked. The kitchen had a few pots, and a cookie sheet, but no other cooking dishes or serving dishes. There were no hot pads for taking things from the oven, and only 1 dish towel. The bathrooms had old fraying, mismatched towels, and there were no blankets on the beds, just sheets and a comforter. Since we were staying for Thanksgiving weekend, the kitchen was especially important, and we made several runs to the store to get cooking items that were missing.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but will look for another property the next time we are in town.
