Step inside and feel instantly at ease as you start your stay on the welcoming front porch, complete with cozy seating for slow mornings or warm evening conversations. Head into the living room, where a smart TV, comfortable couch, and matching loveseat offer the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. The kitchen blends bright white cabinetry with stone countertops and white appliances, offering counter seating for two—ideal for casual breakfasts or chatting with the chef. Just beyond, the dining table for four creates a charming space for relaxed meals, game nights, or planning the next day’s adventures. Great attention to detail from the host! The house is located near several shops and restaurants within walking distance! It’s less than ten minutes away from the Tampa Convention Center

The location is perfect and the bedding comfy. The house was clean. I do caution though that the parking is rough. Depending on how the two neighbors park it can be very difficult to pull in and out. The clawfoot tub, although charming is very high and could be dangerous for anyone with mobility or flexibility or balance challenges. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

This is a great stay. The area is amazing. The hosts are so kind and responsive. If you’re looking for a getaway in a great neighborhood of Tampa, this is a fantastic place! It is walkable to local restaurants and shopping.
