Centrally located in the heart of South Tampa you will be on a quaint brick street in the Palma Ceia neighborhood. You will be in walking distance to a dozen restaurants and Bayshore Boulevard - a waterfront promenade that is the longest in the US connecting you to Tampa's Riverwalk and downtown.
The home is a 5 minute drive to Hyde Park and downtown Tampa, and 30 minute drive to the Florida Gulf beaches. If you are flying to town, you will be a short 15 minute drive to the Tampa airport.
Enjoy this two story charming townhome built in the 1950s in one of Tampa's most prominent neighborhoods, Palma Ceia. The home has original refurbished wood floors and original eclectic shelving around the stairs.
This townhome has 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds as well as a futon for additional guests in the living room. The home has 1 bathroom with a bathtub shower.
Equipped with high speed wifi and a large smart TV with tons of apps.
If you need to work, you will be able to use the front bedroom that has a dedicated workspace table and chair along with an external monitor for connecting to your laptop.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, pots/pans and dishes. Just next to the kitchen is the dining room with a large dining room table that can seat 4 people.

Property was clean and the location was definitely desirable ;close to everything. Walls are a little bit thin so if there’s somebody next-door, you might hear them going up the stairs, but that wasn’t frequently. overall, it served its purpose. The manager was very accessible, and that was greatly appreciated.
