About this house rental
Escape to this enchanting house in picturesque Tampa. Maximum capacity 5 persons. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, guests will feel right at home. One of the 2 bathrooms has a shower and the other has a shower with a bathtub. We finished remodeling this place in the fall of 2025. We believe you will like it very much. This building was originally built with a mother-in-law suite attached to the front of the house. That part is rented out long term and is a completely separate unit. The house is less than 5 miles from Tampa International airport and about 3 miles to downtown Tampa. It is also very close to the Buccaneers football stadium, MacFarlane park, Al Lopez Park, and beaches. A washer and dryer is provided as well as clothes detergent. My wife and I share the responsibility for the care and upkeep of the rental unit and we are always available to help if need be.

Host was wonderful and responded quickly to messages. Charming little house clean and comfortable. Just a heads up that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so if you need a fan to sleep, bring a travel fan. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was great with communication. Location and setting is great. Master suite bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hot water and towels :)

Our stay was very pleasant, beds were very comfortable and house was very clean. The owner had everything you need including shampoo and conditioner. I would definitely stay here again.
