Die Wohnung ist durch die digitalen Schlüssel leicht zu betreten, sie ist im Sommer sehr kühl (Erdgeschoss + Klimaanlage) und sehr sauber! Zudem gab es an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter und Rolladen, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Pay-TV kann mit eigenen Accounts genutzt werden.
Leider gab es nicht so viele Instruktionen, beispielsweise für das Anstellen des Wassers in der Dusche (Wärmeregler nicht drehen sondern kippen) und bei der Waschmaschine konnte man nur über das Waschmittel mutmaßen, da es nicht beschriftet war. Das Geschirr in der Küche könnte etwas mehr sein, sodass es sich auch mal lohnt, die Spülmaschine anzustellen ohne dass man nichts mehr zum Essen hat.

Locatie buna, aproape de zonele mai turistice, incaperi spatioase.
Acces in incinta mai complicat, am apelat la bunavointa unui turist cazat pentru a intra in cladire, pana a raspuns proprietarul.

El lugar muy espacioso, cocina cómoda. Limpieza del lugar.
Habia un poco de olor a humedad cuando ingresamos al departamento, las pareces están rebocadas en todos los ambientes falta terminar y falta de mantenimiento. La cama muy bajita costaba levantarse y el suelo del baño con maderas sueltas muy peligroso para alguien cualquier persona y más para alguien mayor, eso seria lo mas importante que deberian cambiar urgente.
