Excellent accommodation in a good location with parking

Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hospitality tray was a nice touch and the kitchen products welcome. The bed was very comfortable. Short walk to the park, shops and beach. Car parking at the front of the property was a bonus, especially when staying for more than one night.

We would have liked a handrail in the shower to avoid slipping. Coat hooks and shoe storage by the door would be very useful and avoid leaving wet footprints on the floor.

The Cottage is a wonderful,relaxing place to stay and we will be back.

Property exceeded our expectations and provided everything you need ie hairdryer,iron,toilet rolls.kitchen roll,towels,tea towels,handwash,shampoo,bodywash,washing up liquid,bin bags,tea,coffee,sugar (all sachets) milk cartons. Location was perfect and within short walking distance of Aldi, Ashton park,the town centre,Lord Derby pub,and the beach front. The Cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a table and chairs outside which we didnt get to use due to the weather.There is plenty of parking available on site and great wifi.

Liked the room, perfect size for 2 people, quiet and tidy place to stay, away from all the hustle and bustle. Smelt fresh when first entered The Cottage.

The light above the keysafe didn't work, so struggled to see the numbers on the barrel when returned at night. The bathroom slightly smelt of damp or could be a dirty mop smell.

Beautiful cottage

I liked everything about our stay at The Cottage. Everything we needed was there. It is exceptionally clean and I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Close to all amenities and we will 100% be back again. Massive thank you to Ray (the owner) also.

We had no problem parking the car off road but if the other units had been occupied, parking off the main road at the front, is on a 1st come basis - so that would then not be so good ie if all the parking spaces were taken.

Great place for a family visit to St Annes

Just perfect; fully equipped and extremely clean. Excellent location for St Annes centre.

All that was missing was a non-slip shower mat, and some difficulty to work out the heating and hot water.

Nice quiet neighbourhood. Size of the accommodation was well managed. Kitchenette well equipped. Short distance to beach and all facilities. Owner very friendly and helpful. All areas very clean.

Ideal accommodation in quiet location.

The Cottage was exactly as described and was spacious, well equipped, and clean. Once we'd parked our car at the property, we didn't need to use it during our stay as the location was near the beach, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was good. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Hidden gem ……….

Lovely cottage in a great location. Parking available on first come basis but always managed to park on our 4 day break. The cottage is furnished to a high standard & is peaceful & relaxing. It is on one level and my partner & I found it to be very spacious. The double bed is comfy with quality bedding. There is a large wall mounted tv, comfy settee, dining table & chairs. Heating is excellent and a fan was provided for the warmer days. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need inc utensils & tea, coffee & sugar was provided. There is a large shower cubicle and the water was hot. A small table & chairs was outside which was great. Couldn’t fault our stay & really enjoyed it. The weather was great which is always a plus. Ray is a great host and was available if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay on our next visit to Lytham St Anne’s.

Beautiful inside, couldn't fault it. Everything we needed.

Shower not powerful. Garden overlooked, could do with full privacy screen. Fake lawn full of weeds and table outside dirty.Every time I sat outside, someone from flats kept coming out and putting single items in the bins, right next to seats. Internet went off at one point, owner questioned me when I raised the issue, felt like he was implying I had made it up!

Cannot fault the apartment and the service I received. Location was excellent, near the park, near the town centre and near the beach. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, everything set out well. I had travelled on my own and felt very comfortable here. Would definitely return and stay again.

Beautiful place

We absolutely loved the cottage it was beautifully decorated and included everything you could need and very quiet. The location was fantastic just around the corner from the centre! We will definitely be booking again for longer.

Was a lovely days stay in the Cottage and i would return the next time i want to stop at St Annes

As the Cottage had its own kitchen we were able to make our own breakfast The cottage was bright and fresh with its own outside private seating area It was also very close to to the beach and the promanade

I am nite picking here i like to sleep in a dark room and the light from the microwave was a big bright Would have liked a later check out time say 12

Exceptional

Excellent communication from the owner Ray from the moment of booking. Clear instructions on getting access etc. The Cottage is absolutely spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for your stay be it a few days or a week. The bed was so comfortable. The whole place is faultless. It has a private entrance and parking is available to the front of the property. It is within easy walking distance to all bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. We couldn't fault it.
