IJM Condostay, Sandakan

Sedihhhhh

The location is good, rooms are ok but 1 of the bed mattress too soft. Basic house facility. Aircon is functioning but leaking water (living room).

The check-in process is just like a treasure hunt. Would appreciate if the host is there to personally guide us through the process. instructions only given 1 day before, instruction is clear but not in order. you have to retrieve the key from a different area altogether. the keycard unable to open the boom gate (guard house). ground floor corridor filled with dead cockroaches everywhere. room no linen curtain to allow partial sunlight into the room. some of the furniture is shaky.
