Arlyn's Homestay

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment with a water dispenser and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea, oil, spices, and some sauces are also available. It can accommodate up to six people (and up to eight if two sleep on the sofa). There is a large fridge, a separate shower and toilet, and two tables with chairs. The fans and air conditioning help keep the apartment cool and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We initially had issues turning on the gas stove, but the owner was very responsive and came as quickly as possible to show us how to operate the gas.

What could be improved for an even better experience: The main bedroom (with one large double bed and two single beds) faces the main road, and the sound insulation is very poor, so we heard street noise throughout the night. Bring the earplugs. The main double bed also had quite a lot of hair on the bed headboard, and there was also long hair on the floor around apartment. While the apartment was otherwise clean, this affected the overall impression of cleanliness.

Amazing rooms and facilities, everything felt like a high quality hotel room. Owners were very helpful, quick to respond to any concerns. They were also able to accomodate us by extending our stay for half a day in exchange for extra payment.

Spacious, many facilities! Washing machine, dryer, kitchen, tv with Netflix.

Shower needs to be fixed. The water pressure is not high enough for the electric shower to work. AC needs servicing. Entrance to property was a back alley.
