The location its convenient easy to find
2nd Room No Air Conditioner.. Hard Bed, and on top is the Parking Lot is far from the main lobby

Nice homestay. Well decorated. Smells nice. Have all the basic needs. 1 room has no aircondition but no worries the ceiling fan feels like ac 😂 very cool.
You may get overwhelmed by the owner's list of rules but if you have common sense you don't have to worry much. The house is pretty except the surrounding (the lobby, the lift) a lil bit run down.
