The location, it was clean and neat.

The double bed was not comfortable

Location near the city with a sea view from the balcony, a comfortable space that can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably, with controlled resident security. Basic amenities in the house are also provided.

Parking spaces are limited, with 1 parking spot allocated per unit. Visitor parking is available but almost always full.

The facilities are superb. There were double bed in the master bedroom nm , two single beds in the second room and 1 single bed in the 3rd room. They even provided 2 extra single mattresses. The sheets are clean, towels were big and new. There are water dispenser, washing machine, a rice cooker, a fridge, TV and wifi. The sea view is spectacular. Parking and access card are provided and it was easy self check in and check out.

When we arrived, there were dirty laundry in the second room. The used towel was still hanging in the 3rd room. Used bar soap and prolly previous guest's toothbrush were still in the master bedroom toilet. The were hairs all over the floor in the master bedroom. Seems like the living room was not being swept. Broken air conditioner in the 2nd room. The microwave is not functioning well. The rice cooker were dirty and smelly but work perfectly fine.
