Charmante Wohnung im Herzen von Meran

Top Lage mit super freundlichen Gastgeber*innen!

ACHTUNG: nicht direkt zur Unterkunft fahren - hier ist ein verkehrsberuhigter Bereich, der beim Befahren unter Umständen richtig teuer werden kanny Bestenfalls vor dem Torbogen kurz halten und entladen/einchecken. Touri-Abzocke 🥲 Ein Parkplatz ist nicht wirklich in der Nähe und zudem auch recht teuer. Die Gastgeber*innen haben uns dann freundlicherweise ihren Stellplatz für 10€/Tag angeboten. Dieser war ca 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Hier wurden wir mit dem Auto hingelotst und dann sogar wieder von Barbara + Francesco zurück in die Stadt gefahren. Zwei kleine Mankos waren dann leider noch ein SEHR lauter Kühlschrank und der nicht wirklich funktionierende Boiler. Das Duschen wurde so leider zu einer Herausforderung, da das Wasser entweder kochend heiß (für ca 30 Sekunden) oder danach direkt wieder eiskalt war. Alles in allem trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Appartement mit netten Gastgeber*innen!

Ottima soluzione, confortevole e silenziosa

Posizione centrale e tranquilla, accessoriato, pulito, accogliente. Un appartamento molto confortevole e comodo nella zona di Merano tra il Duomo e il LungoPassirio. Ci è stata offerta anche una scorta di cialde di caffè e cappuccino. Vicino a due parcheggi pubblici dove poter lasciare l'auto per l'intera giornata, ad un passo dal sentiero Tappeneir e dal Passirio. Veniamo da oltre 15 anni a Merano e questo appartameto è stato il migliore che abbiamo utilizzato: semplicemente ottimo.

Super nette Inhaber, schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, Preis Leistung perfekt!

Francesco und Barbara sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung ist super, sogar für Kaffee ist gesorgt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und wenn man ein paar Meter geht ist man schon im Zentrum

Bitte beachten, dass wirklich keine Parkmöglichkeit besteht - gar keine. Parken in Meran ist generell schwierig, und wir mussten dann im Parkhaus St Joseph parken, was knapp 35 Euro am Tag kostet. Da kann die Unterkunft nichts für, würde aber gerne darauf hinweisen, da das für uns ein Manko war.
