About this house rental
My house is in the city center.
My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children).
Max. 5 persons
There is 1 double bed (152 x 203), 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 children's travel cot, 1 child seat.
If possible, we are happy to meet your requests z. B.: 1 baby chair, babyphone, bottle warmer, and and .... please ask.
The bathroom includes: hair dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, towels
Iron available.
Corridor office area with desk / workplace various brochures of South Tyrol and the surrounding area hiking trails, restaurants, farms and and ...
WiFi as a pocket available.
Kitchen with: microwave, kettle (+ different types of TEA), mocha (+ coffee) oil + vinegar, salt + pepper, ......
Internal parking in the garden (for the car) and the garden is equipped with a bench 1 table and chairs a lounger.
Upon request, a fan is also available.
Autonomous heating.

General description:
My house is in the city center and is right on the promenade. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children). In front of the house, the town of Merano has created a small beach (terrace) to spend a nice time near the river (Passer / Passirio) and to relax.
You are in 1 min. Near a Bar 2 min in the city center, where you can find everything you need.
Bus stop, Info Point, Sissi Park, Old Town, Therme, Theater, Meran Kurhaus, Tappeiner Promenade, Dom, etc.
The accommodation:
This house is unique in its kind, both inside and out. It is located in the center of Merano in the pedestrian area, right on the winter promenade, where there is no traffic.
In his time it was the study of Dr. med. Rochelt, one of the founding fathers of the Tappeiner promenades after it became a tailor shop and then an outbuilding of FANNY Pension. It became the residence of Mr Rochelt's daughter until we took it over.
The cottage is located near the Passer / Passirio river.

Near the house there is a relaxation island near the river, where you can relax after a hard day and refresh your feet.

If you come by car I need car brand - license plate and driver because you are in a pedestrian zone and need a Durchfahrtsgenemigung.

Gute Kommunikation, sehr netter Empfang, hat alles zur Zufriedenheit gepasst. Das Häuschen liegt optimal in der Stadt, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Radfahren im Ort ist allerdings ein Abenteuer ; außerhalb ist es teilweise optimal. Danke an die netten Gastgeber.

Das Strichcodehaus liegt wirklich hervorragend zentral. Die Zufahrt ist wirklich sehr schmal und für breite/hohe Autos nicht geeignet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiß. Das Haus und der Hof liegt aber fast immer im Schatten, geschützt durch Bäume. Was nicht schlecht wäre, wenn noch Gartenliegen vorhanden wären.

Alles war prima, wer mitten in Meran am Fluss Urlaub mit Wasserrauschen erleben möchte ist hier richtig.

Von der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, bis zur Ausstattung der Immobilie war Alles top. Liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Anmerkung: wer ein größeres/ breites Auto besitzt, sollte vorher nachfragen, ob es durch die Zufahrt passt.
