Incredible place

One of the most magical places we've stayed at. At the shore of a lake with a spectacular view, you need to hike for about 30 minutes uphill from the parking lot to reach it. They have a cable car for your luggage and the people there were extremely nice and took all our bags right to the room. The restaurant offecs very tasty food and there is breakfast; the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. They have a little sauna which feels amazing and you can also jump in the lake after that - I highly recommend it.

Exceptional, but there is space to improve

Location - real gem. Just be ready to climb. Clean sheets, cosy room. No strange smell. Wonderful views from the window. Staff members very attentive and nice. Breakfast is ok.

There is no soundproof walls, you can hear everything from the other room. Internet connection is tricky. Small room, no fridge or TV.

The Serafini family takes care of everything you need for a perfect stay in a wonderful place. You can literally hear lake trouts bouncing from your room's window!

Vacation close to heaven

The location of Rifugio Lago Nambino is simply amazing. If you are ready to take a 20-30 min walk twice a day, this is where you want to be. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the food is great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay!

The location is just perfect. The 3 sisters running it, Luca and especially Mikaela were lovely and took great care of out stay there. Food was very good, and they also were great with our baby. Hiking in the surroundings was fantastic. Would (and already did) recommend this to everyone

Best Refugio ever and exceptionally friendly staff

The location next to the lake is beautiful, the refugio and rooms are comfortable, very clean and super quiet. The food is excellent. The wooden heated sauna is super cosy and great for a stay with bad weather (possibility to jump directly into the lake to cool down). After a (exceptionally) heavy rain night, we woke up with the ground floor under water (first time in 12 years existence). The stuff stayed professional, exceptionally friendly and helpful. We got back very soon to the valley thanks to their help and the one of the firefighters. Thanks again guys for the help! We will come back as soon as possible!

a true escape in the wilderness

a special, remote and unique place where we would definitely come back and recommend others to do so. great food and service overall, plenty of facilities, super clean and quiet. one might think there aren't that many places left in the world to escape to, and this one is definitely on the list.

lack of internet connection and TV in the rooms but you don't need at all such things in a place like this. also, certain staff tended to make-up their own, previously unannounced, rules on spot during their busy working hours/period. as the ads advertise double beds, we would have prefered to have them instead of twin/two single beds next to each other. the hotel could also warn their visitors upfront that the pathway to the hotel might not always be that easy to walk through, for example, due to slippery ice.

Ovviamente la posizione lo rende quasi vicino al paradiso ma a renderlo davvero speciale è la professionalità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff La cena è stata poi meravigliosa con la stube accesa a creare una atmosfera magica

Struttura bellissima, in un punto naturalistico stupendo e rilassante! Adatto a chi va a madonna di campiglio per godersi la montagna! Ma quello che più ci ha colpito è la cortesia e ospitalità del personale, con un garbo e una sollecitudine nel coccolare gli ospiti che ci resterà impressa! Un abbraccio affettuoso a Rita, un grazie per la ricetta del pesto di zucchine a Malita, e un saluto da Giulio a Vale!!

Tutto, tantissimo. Posto splendido, il rifugio è una delizia, il personale incredibilmente accogliente e professionale, il cibo delizioso e preparato con tanta cura. Sauna meravigliosa. Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Prawdziwy hotel górski w klimacie schroniska. Wokół kilka szlaków i możliwości wycieczek o różnym stopniu trudności. Super miła i sympatyczna obsługa - aż chce się wrócić! Gdy przyjedziesz samochodem, nie zatrzymuj się na znakach zakaz ruchu, a po ok. 1 km szutrowej drogi dotrzesz do miejsca parkingowego hotelu i wyciągu transportowego, którym możesz "nadać" swoje bagaże.
